Block Style Quilts

** 1 block= 1 side of shirt
Additional fee will be charged to add sashing to design. Sashing price Per Block is $5.
Additional fee will be charged to add borders. Price to be discussed based on width of border and size of quilt.

** $100 non-refundable deposit due at time of booking to secure your place on the schedule. The deposit amount will be deducted from the final bill.
Sizes are approximate and dependent upon number of shirts, shirt size, logo size, and shrinkage from quilting and finishing.
The amount of items suggested is just a guide and will ultimately depend on the size of the items and logo’s.
All Quilts are backed with quilters weight 100% cotton.
All Blankets are backed with Fleece.
Other backing material available on request and priced accordingly.

Quilt
A quilt is made through a meticulous process that begins with selecting your most cherished t-shirts, baby items, or clothing.
Consisting of three layers: the quilt top, the batting, and the backing.
The quilt top is created by cutting and applying interfacing to quilt blocks made from your items, which are then sewn together in a unique pattern.
A layer of batting is placed in the middle for warmth and thickness.
Finally, the backing fabric is laid beneath the batting. The three layers are then pinned together to prevent shifting, followed by quilting, which involves stitching through all layers to secure them and add decorative design elements.
The final step involves adding a binding to create a polished finish, resulting in a functional piece of art that can be cherished for years.
Blanket
A one of a kind t-shirt blanket is a unique and personalized item that begins with selecting t-shirts that hold sentimental value, such as those from school events, concerts, or travels.
Consisting of two layers: the top and the backing.
Creating the blanket involves careful cutting of the t-shirts into squares, applying a layer of interfacing to help preserve the shape, and then stitching the completed squares together to create the top.
The top is then stitched to the backing fabric around the perimeter to create a cozy and functional blanket.
